HP Monster Sale (ends 4/11)

I want to get an hp laptop but have no idea which is the best deal - which machine is the most bang for the smallest buck. I can narrow my need for help down to two items - the cpu (and chipset(?)) and the video card. So if anyone has any helpful tips I'd appreciate hearing from you before Firday afternoon (4/10).

I will be running Adobe Flash, Audacity, Windows Movie Maker, and BOINC simultaneously. Well, available at the same time. Currently I have an IBM ThinkPad which started crashing - I guess after so much continual use. (I let it run 24/7 b/c of BOINC).

Why HP. I would buy a Toshiba Or Dell anyday before HP. Dell have pretty good Customer Support, and both are rock solid machines that will last forever.
