Ddr Ram

Hi im going to buy some DDR ram soon and i was wondering which i should get. I own a GA-7VRXP mb and a AMD XP 1800+. My friend is offering to sell me a DDR 2100 CL 2.5 for $90 but i was also thinking if i should get DDR 333 but it will costs $200. Do u think it will make much diffrence between he two DDRs and which should i get.

if you motherboard supports DDR 333 you will get an increase in ram performance
