Can I just pop in the windows OEM cd into the new comp and re-activate it as long as im only using it on 1 machine?
    That will work.

I'm ordering all the parts and a local shop is going to put it together for me.
I would not risk them screwing something up, just build it yourself, it's easy.

He's located in Canada, note the link he gave. Water is absolutely not needed as temps dont get high enough to warrant it there.

I have yet to see any "silent" air cooling solution, let alone one that can keep up in the summer heat.
ThermalTake Silent Boost, yeah they put off like 20dbA's, but thats not noticeable.

            That's a common misconception.

I have a friend in Canada and their weather is identical to that of Nebraska here. Winters to 0 degrees and summers to 100 degrees.

Depends where you are at though, Canada is a big piece of land.

Sure is, Canada is the second biggest country in the world.

Russia is the biggest though, it's about 40% bigger than Canada. :)

              USA on third place.

Yeah I know, but thats nothing like the Aussie summers and Aircooling would still be OK for that, and odds are they probably have Aircon if they have a PC over here.

you might have it, but whether you can afford to run it is a different story alltogether :hammer:

That's the main issue, Aircon units are cheap enough now but the runnin' costs are the killers.

That's why you get one running on 220 instead of the normal 110volt in an outlet, its much cheaper :thumb: . My parents run a 20,000 BTU most of the summer and it might jack the electric bill $300-400 for the entire summer. : peace2: Mista K6
