Official support will initially be for 667MHz DDR2 on the processor side but realistically the RAM speeds will get to whatever the RAM itself can handle. DDR400 is the fastest official speed for DDR1 but stable speeds can be reached well beyond DDR600 with the right hardware. Also, AMD hasn't released a whole lot of information about it in this area, so it's actually possible (I haven't seen anything official one way or another yet) that the on-die memory controllers will support both DDR and DDR2 meaning the motherboard determines which you use. This could be key for those upgrading, because right now DDR2's only real advantage to DDR is price.
