Well, I finally figured it out (which is probably the more annoying part). There's a jumper on the motherboard to allow usb devices to wake up the system from s3 (or power saving mode). So it was set to disconnect the 5V standby. All I had to do...

Ok, well here's an update on my problem. There should be two USB devices, and 2 roots found, which are. I ran sandra lite and it's telling me the USB controllers aren't powered. Now what?

Yeah, oddly there aren't a lot of USB options in the bios (even though the bios is pretty loaded), but I've check to make sure they are on. I know windows should be seeing a lot more than what is posted. I just can't figure it out.

Epox 9NPA+ Ultra? They have some lower end boards that fit those specs and they're all cheaper than DFI.

Well, I ended up cleaning the stock paste off and putting on some AS-5. I know since I'm at stock speed it won't make a difference, I just like the adhesive better. Plus I have 2 tubes of it so why not? I'm going to check temps later today and see how it's working....
