A7N8x or KT400?

Lo guys n gals, i've just bought a new pc and it has an AMD athlon xp 2600+ on a KT400 mobo. My older pc which i am going to sell to a "friend" heh :flames:...has the ASUS A7N8X in it, would it be worth swapping the mobo's over before I sell it? Basically which is the best board and is there much difference?
