I have a Belkin Bluetooth device. It is an external dongle with just ok features. Remember the best bluetooth signals cap at 100 ft, so you can have a laptop at the top of your house and a desktop below and they work.

Make sure u r buying a Class 2 Bluetooth V2.0 + EDR based Bluetooth Dongle.Don't buy the old class 1 device. They r outdated now & most new Bluetooth devices r coming with the Class 2 specifications.Class 2 is backward compatible with class 1.Bluetooth class 2 devices generally have a shorter distance capability than the class 1 but offers many advanced features than class 1.

I can suggest u a Bluetooth dongle.I'm using it.It's a class 2 Bluetooth device & has got advanced features like VOIP. U can use it to chat wirelessly in Skype & MSN Messenger too.
