Next Big Game?

While thinking about games I'm looking forward to in the next couple of months, I realised there aren't that many I can think of.

There's Unreal Tournament 2003 which is due "very soon". Doom 3 will be out in a while. Hmmm. That's all I can think of.

Anyone have another game they're really looking forward to which they know is coming out in the next 3 months?

There ain't a lot coming out, is there? I'm just waiting for UT2003 now... Doom won't be til next year.. Also waiting for Kingdom Hearts on PS2.

This game could be the greatest thing since the wheel yet it'll never EVER live up to the hype and expectation they've created by stalling it so long!

And yeah, I forgot about Deus ExII, but I have to admit *hangs head in shame and whispers* - I never played the first one

So I think UT2003 is the next imminent hit.

Anybody know a rough timeline for all these? Halo / Doom III are around mid-2003... UT2003 is only a few months away... Dunno about Deus Ex 2. Given up on Duke / TF2.

Recent talk here on the forums re: Doom3 and my input to those discussions should tell you why. :)

Tribes 2 is being re-released soon with a new Patch, Tribes 1 maps converted to T2 and a couple of mods. Retails for USD$10 or free if you prevesiouly brought Tribes 2. Its a shame what happened with the developer, but the game doesnt deserve an unjustly death. Its an awesome game. Lets hope Sierra dont deliver the last nail in the coffin for it. They already axed the mission pack... :(
