Good Voice chat while playing games

whats some good software for chating with teammates while your playing games?

MSN 6 works well but only supports 2 users

yahoo messenger supports group voice conversations so u could use that
it might affect your ping though

I've actually found an Enemy Territory Server that has a Team Speak server to go along with it. Of Course I don't remember the name, or IP... : omg:

np, I discovered Team Speak in a previous BF42 clan... one of the few good things to come out of that experience :laugh:

I have a M$ GameVoice. It's awesome ! My friends are amazed with the clarity.
