Yes, but you need to have dreams in life otherwise there wouldn't be much to look forward too.

Why is it so hard to wake someone up after they passed out cold in the truck...... Ive tryed shakkin, but nuthin/..... ive tryed everything..... I have been drinking IM not passed out. This is not pair.... im going on strike!!

The way I see it; once a dream comes true,
it isn't a dream anymore.
A dream is a dream for the fact it is a dream.
I wrote this when I was a kid...So who knows
what I was thinking back then...I was in Year 4.

To dream a dream of dreamers,
A trance in time untold,
An hallucination of Utopia,
To aspire to a goal,
It's a fantasy to aspire,
Apparition, dream to never quite hold,
So I will dream the dream of dreamers,
And strive to untold goals...

I don't really know you (read some of your old post though) but I know you were recently ill. Glad to see you prevailed against it and wish that any additional recovery be speedy and not too unpleasant.

But as for dreams, I think that it is only those people we see as "driven" that perceive their dreams as future reality. I think most people's dreams are more a form entertainment. A pleasent diversion.

Thinking if I didnt dream of stuff I would not get them. I dont live a life in a fairy tale thinking Oh I wish for a million dollars and run out and play the lotto thinking Im going to win. But most of the things I wish for come true it may just take some time but that is whats the fun outta of it.
