Yeah, I'm management and they are union. They can't do anything to me. They do occasionally amuse me by trying. Overall, not a bright bunch.

Well JM it sounds like if you could turn all that effort put into politics at the shop into production, they could get something accomplished around there.

Seems to me you could cut back to a 3 day work-week if they could get it in gear:eek:

From what people are telling me I have made a very good go of it so far. Unfortunately, even if I could get productivity to the level of 3-day week, the union would insist that they be allowed to stand around for 4 days and get paid for it. :laugh:
