"also.. when you guys went to germany did you go anywhere else in Europe.. I heard you can catch a train to france for 20 bucks and it only takes a few hours because they travel at 240km/hour!"
"Now that germany have the euro.. will everything be way more expensive because our dollar is low?"
The only other thing i'm a tad worried about are the neo nazis that are all over Germany.. i'm a jewish bloke and with a name like "Asher Moses", I might be a bit of a target :)
Can anyone shed some light on the matter? Which areas should I stay away from?
just to give an idea of what the shopping and expenses will be like i have looked at what the conversion rate is for the euro....
$1.00AUS= $0.58569 EURO..... but it wont matter really.. just make sure u double everything there before u by it.... i was recently in america and it dosent really bother u that much u just get used to it... and u will also find that some things are still cheaper even after the conversion....
thats it from me!...
P.S Nice site!
I think you will find that there is more far-right activity in Australia (*cough* Pauline Hanson *cough*) than in Germany - their police seem more cluey than ours :)
