AMD's I've Owned
386-25 Long Gone
486DX-2-66 Given Away
486DX-4-100 Given Away
K-6 166 Scraped
K-6 200 In Box (Dead M/b, CPU still good)
Athlon 1200C Running (Secondary Machine)
XP 2200+ (T-bred) Main Machine
Soon To Come
XP 2500+- XP 3200+ (Depends on when as to what)
AMD 64 Bit (In a while)
I've always liked AMD's, and have had good experiences with them. I haven't seen an AMD CPU die without overclocking, most of the time the boards die first (I've seen a lot of good CPU's on bad boards- not AMD's fault though- in fact the K-6 200 was more stable in my board than an Intel P-166).
