Does your mobo support faster speeds? Is there a setting in the bios to adjust it?

The model name is usually marked on the mobo itself. Right near the CPU or Northbridge chip. Open your case and take a look to see if it is marked.

Do you have a manual for it ? Was it a complete system ? (ie: Dell or HP etc...)
Do you have a digital camera or web cam that you take a picture of it ?
Here is a pic of my mobo. I have circled in RED where the name is marked.

actaully the guy who i helped build the computer he buys his stuff at auctions. so the board was brand new with everything else,
but the only thing on my board that looks like the a model name or anything of the kind is this
                      686 AMIBIOS Copywrite 1999 BB15 8772
                      thats it bud,
anything else is foreign to me and it has two white strips on each side of the processor that say X P on em...thats all i can tell ya

I did a search on the Asset Tag and got a hit to a system that even had the same bios number listed as ilovemacons9fan's post. It is a duel Pentium! Sounds strange to me. Here is an excerpt from the spec sheet:
