I'm about to buy a TV tuner card. I have been encoding video for a while so I got that part covered, but I'm a little confused about hardware. The one I've been looking at the most is ATI TV Wonder. It seems to be an inexpensive solution to what I'm looking for. I've read though, that the software which comes with it sucks. Power VCR 2 was recomended to me by some friends who are having good results. Anybody have an opinion on either of these two products?
