Hey guys, i got one of the gtx 560 msi twin frozr II Ti on 26.01.2011. The card "died" a week ago. Randomly i got vga artifacts on the screen and when i want to reinstall the driver the nvidia driver said : This driver could not find compatible graphics hardware.
I send it to the shop where i bought it and those said that they cannot replace my card because it doesnt have the serial number ticket on the back. I didn't recieved the card with that serial number on the back. I dont know how that looks like. Is there another way to get the serial number? They told me that without that serial number ticket on the back i can put a random dead videocard in the box and send it to them to replace it. Is that serial number writen elsewhere? BIOS/ROM/CHIPSET ?
Thanks Guys!
