galaxy geforce 7300gt pcie x1

I read the review for this card on Tweak Town. It looks perfect for my needs/system with only 2x pci and 1x pcie-x1 slots. The problem I'm having is I can't find the darn thing for sale anywhere in US. I found it for sale in Poland but I would prefer not to have to pay to ship the thing from Europe. I've also considered getting the HIS radeon X1300 or x1550 pcie x1 cards but the geforce seems to be a better card than both at a much better price. Some help please or at least some comments on my decision to get the geforce over the radeons.
My system is a Dell E310 P4 3.06ghz 512mb integrated graphics.

The Geforce any day. No less because the X1550 is a relabelled X1300

That review should be enough proof to show that the 7600GT is better. I guess you might just have to wait it out though when it comes to getting a 1X PCI-E card in the States though,at least for now.
