    7900 Gs Vs 7800gtx

    Hi just wanted to ask if a 7900Gs is better then a 7800GTX, some guy wants to sell me his 4 months old 7800GTX for 190$ and i was thinking of buying a 7900GS but if i get the GTX i will need a new power supplie. so what do you guys think. GTX or GS.

    Or should i just get the 7900 GT

    I'd take the 7800GTX for that price over both those cards. Spend the extra you'd spend on a GT/GS for a new PSU too.

      ok i guess ill do that sounds good it just its been used for 6months and i really dont like to buy used stuff like that.

        i would get a 7950gt for $300 or a 7900gt for $225-$260 beats the 7800gtx easily...........

          bear in mind that a lot of the 7900 series cards failed (maybe sorted now, though)
