AGP Pro was an idea that never really took off. If I recall correctly, it allowed you to use higher voltage cards than the normal 3.3v ones. There were very few cards that even came out supporting the Pro slot, and many mainboard manufacturers never bothered to add them to their line of performance mainboards.
There is more to it than that, but that is a general description of it. I don't recall the speed of the AGP slot, but it had an extended connector so was a little longer than normal.
Aha... here it is. "AGP Pro specification version 1.1a for high performance workstations will deliver four times the electrical power of the standard AGP interface through an extended connector."
