good overclock?

i was just wondering if 400/600 on my msi geforce fx5600 256mb is a good overclock. defaults are 325/500

also, running on stock cooling and stock voltages

That is a good overclock of the core. The one I had in last year for testing was only able to get 360MHz core before artifacts began to crop up. As for the memory, I can't say unless I know what type and speed memory modules you have on your particular board.
