I know i've posted about this before but it still is bugging me. When i overclock my card higher than 500 mhz i get long pauses in games like Knights of the Old Republic and shorter ones in 3dmark03 when i get it past 550. Ive been told this is due to different memory timings because my card is a pny 5900 and i have the bios mod to leadtek 5950 ultra. Is this pretty common and is there any way to fix this?

When i had my lx version of the 5900, i found overclocking to 500 was fine, i did not see any artifacts. But when i played games i got freeze times, so i guess for nvidia cards, or mainly the leadtek versions of 5900, you get freeze time instead of artifacts.
