    my friend is going from a gfroce2 32 to a 9200 128 and when he tried to install 9200 he gets this message **"this device cannot find any free input/output range (i/o) resources to use (code 12)
    **

    It would install but only ive him 16 bit and nuttin else

    Sounds like he never bothered to uninstall the old card (thus freeing up any addresses not used anymore) or he just needs to scrap the OS and install it fresh.

            and how should i be certain i got rid of everything from the old card???

            i deleted...

            removed from device manager...

            removed from add/remove program...

            deleted folder...

            cleaned registry...


            anywhere else i should clean?
