When I was putting thermal adhesive on my card, I took the liberty to write down all the info I could about it, cause I wont be getting those heat spreaders off again :p . Anyways, this is what I got off my RAM chips:
Samsung 253
K4D28163HD-TC40
WHK318CA* KOREA
*This number changed with every chip, so its my guess its the chip's identification code.
I went in and typed that in at Samsungusa.com, and this is what they gave me back:

Those RAM speeds are pretty much all over the place, as the difference between 3.6 and 6.0ns RAM is quite great. Any way I can find out what specific speed the RAM is? J/w, thx, : peace2: Mista K6
