if u can get a 9800 se for a similar price as a ti 4600 with 8 times AGP then you should go for that. The 9800 is a far superior card than the 4600 and with direct x 9.0 support future games like half life 2 and doom 3 will look a hell of a lot better:thumb:

Buying any Ti series now is a waste of money. The 9800 is an awesome card if you ahve the money, if not, get a nVidia FX5600. It's a little better than the 9600. As always for ati cards, pro versions are faster than non pro. Good luck with getting a new card, : peace2: Mista K6

The FX5600 is not better than the ATI 9600. ATI has dominated the midrange sector with that card. If you want midrange, wait until the FX5700U is out, it has shown to be a lot faster than a 5600.

There also would be almost no gain in moving from 4x to 8x with that ti card either. It would probably be less than 1%. Hardly worth the hastle.
