      maybe not easily as it at the end of it's core life.........but, even the xt has an overclocking utility tied to it..........so it's all relative...........for me, i'm just lookin' for what will get me by until either R420 or NV40...........so even the 9600xt w/the game @200, might be just the ticket

        Yes you can easily overclock to those speeds with the Pro. I have seen them do 475 easily on air and 500 water, 550-580 chilled. The memory is slightly slower though and will not reach the same potential as the XT but we will see how much of a difference that makes.

              i'm sitting in the hotbed of the lowest price..........of almost any videocard..............currently 488 in socal.....still waiting for a look see at a 128 version released for distribution.....if it's anything like the 9800 pro 128/256 fiasco, it would be the way to go at 399
