I'd buy a 9200 and put a fan on the heatsink. You could take the fan from an old 486 and then oc.
Or you could get one of those heatpipe kits from zalman , but they cost approx 35 euro....

B: glad ya went with the Ti4200, a fine card for that system and you'll be really happy with it. The only thing you might wanna consider is trading it in for a 128mb version, as the extra RAM is gonna be very useful for crunching textures in newer games.
