It would be nice if they gave the clocks, but it should be 400/700.

The PN has that AX at the end which makes me believe its the Value version, but it doesn't say though. There is over a $100 difference too so it is definetely not the regular one...there's no way they can sell them that cheap. Newegg matches prices with Pricewatch too.
