Rage 3d and 9600 pro problem

At the moment i'm using powerstrip to overclock my 9600 pro but i would prefere to be using rage 3d (powerstrip is shareware). But when i go onto the program it shows my clock and memory speed as 0 and gives me no way of setting the speed's etc. I'm sure i've read of this problem before and a simple way of solving it. If any of you know wot to do please tell me.

I have tried both of those. I ended up using radeonator, both the others had problems. I like the refresh locker feature.
