I just tested with a Radeon 9500 Pro and 9800 Pro

The R9500P ran the demo ok with sound disabled - bit slow though

The R9800P had no problems at all

After using the patch and watching Dawn (minus wings and other 'obscuring' objects) prance around on my 9700 Pro, I asked her if she liked being run better on ATi cards. This was the response:
