Overclocking amd xp 2400

Hey guys just new to the board, and was wondering i have a amd xp 2400 , 1gig of pc 2700 ddr333 , matrox Parhelia graphics card & Volcano 9 LED cpu fan,aswell as other fans inside the case and my motherboard is the Asus A7N8X Deluxe board. I was wondering if i could get any more out of my cpu and if so what would be the best way to do so.

Hey I recon you could get easy 2250MHz and Higher from it my 2200xp does 2.2G on air but it is a A-core :cry:
So thats why I am geting a 1700Xp which can @ at high speeds like 2.5G:thumb:

If ya wanna @ ur CPU u will loose your warranty it is up to you and memory LOL
If ya dont know how to @ then just let me know i will help ya k I think that u r now on 15X7 so just go lower whit the multiplier on12 for begining and raise up the Frq : of the cpu about 180 just give it a shot and see if stable and increase the V-core and Mem Voltage and PCI voltage to 1.7
