I've RMA'd the modules today. They do work semi, but not at the specs they are sold at. I did a full day of testing yesterday, everything i could think of and that the conclusion I came to.

Thanks for the help I've already gotten here. I wouldn't have been able to narrow it so much down without.

PS. Yea, i got the latest BIOS update. Was first thing I did when I got power on the MB.

Whitey:Snuggles: Zotac Zbox HD-ID40 (Atom d525, worst purchase ever on cpu), Patriot Pyro 60GB (Thanks to Tweaktown Giveaway), 4GB 800' DDR2 SO-DIMM

Little update from me (and last post for a while). I never got to send back the memory modules as posted above. Cause when i wanted to all the errors came back with the new modules as well.
After about a month of hardcore testing, error checking, tech support etc I've come to the conclusion that it is the BIOS that is defekt. Either that or the on-the-fly OC feature. Both nothing I can do about myself.

Even on stock settings all the way trough the trouble persist, So when I'm done with this post I'm going to split the system into pieces again and return the mainboard for an RMA.
Not my year .. 2nd mainboard I have to RMA withing a couple of month (different reasons though) ... lets hope for sunshine ahead. And thanks again to everyone trying to help me out here, much appriciated.

Little Update: Finally got the mainboard back from RMA yesterday and set it up again. Now everything seems to work like a charm. Right now it is running stable at 3.7Ghz with the defaul automatic OC tuning. (+15% performance according to the tool)

So seems all these weird errors I had really were the mainboard - now its back to having fun

Though I'd add the current CPU-Z. This is auto OC where it doesn't really touch the voltage, so guess I'd be able to get some more with manual tuning of it. But happy so far.

          CPU-Z Validator 3.1
