    Hi all,
i have just built myself a new system with the following specs:

    Intel Core i7 2600k 3.4GHz 8MB LGA1155 with stock cooler
    Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD5-B3 ATX LGA1155
    Sapphire Radeon HD6970 2GB GDDR5 PCI-E HDMI / DVIx2 / dual mini
    WD Caviar Greenpower 2TB 64MB 3.5" SATA2 HDD
SSD Vertex 3 - primary local disk
    Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL8 Unbuffered Vengence Memory
ST1000-PLUS -Silverstone ST1000-P 1000W Strider Plus Power Supply
SilverStone "Raven series" RV01 Black ATX Tower Case with Window
    VIEWSONIC VX2739WM 27" WIDE 1920X1080
LG CH10LS20 Super Multi Blu-ray Disk & DVD/CD Writer Combo

its all good but i wanna try overclocking it and see if i can get a 7.9 in windows experience index (WEI). the only place i dont get 7.9 is cpu and ram (i get 7.6) i once tried overclokign with the program to 3.6ghz and it showed 7.7 in WEI.hence i wanna see how much should i be able to overclock it to get 7.9..
problem is im not shure how to overclock using bios. plus if someone could recomend me a nice cooler to help maintain a good temperature on the cpu. thank you in advance for your time and help
