hi all,
Although I am not new to building systems, I thought I'd push myself a bit out of my comfort zone and attempt some O/Cing. Does anyone have tested/recommended BIOS settings for the following setup, or guidance on where I can get this information for this gear? I would be happy with a moderate O/C of 3.6Ghz but any input would be really appreciated.

Intel C2D E8500 (3.16Ghz)
Mushkin XP2-8500 (996599) 5-5-5-15
Gigabyte EP45-UD3L
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
