I'd go Res/Pump - Radiator - CPU Block - Res/Pump that will remove heat generated by the pump from the loop. For a CPU block I'd look at the Heatkiller 3.0 or EK-Supreme. As for a radiator I'm using a couple of heater cores from a 1967-1971 Ford Thunderbird. With the two I have more surface area than a quad radiator plus the cores are brass and copper instead of aluminum.
