i dont know how to overclock :( plz help me

hi all,
i am a noob and dont even know how to overclock.
i want to oc my pc but i dont know how to overclock.am only 13 lol and know nothing about these o.c things

i will give you the specs and plz help me overclocking the new rig

MOBO-Asus rampage 2 extreme
CPU-Core i7 2.6GHz (920)
RAM-3GB ocz
Hdd-raptor 150GB
GPU- Evga GTX 295
DVD writer-samsung dual layer burner
screen- i am using my 30" tv to play

ermm i think thats all......
plz someone reply plzzzzzzzzzzz.....i really want to overclock my pc(not rig as its not O.Ced)
if possible plz suggest me a very good tutorial for overclocking...thankss
