Neccessary to overclock vid card?

I have this comp on order. I intend to overclock the cpu, and run it at around 2.8ghz or so. But what about the video card, I don't know where to start on that. Any suggestions?

Grab ATI Tool and start bumping speeds until you get artifacts in the 3D display. You should absolutely overclock that card as it is most likely the limiting factor in gaming.
