Asus AI Booster

When i try o/c my x2 3800+ in asus ai booster i get it running at 2.2ghz then it automaticly goes back to 2010.40mhz, any advice would be helpfull,

Current settings in ai booster are:
Memory Voltage= 2.70v
PCIE Voltage= 3.33v
CPU Voltage= 1.39v
CPU Temp= 36d/c
System Temp= 35d/c
FSB= 800.00
Multiplier= 200.00 x10

AI Nos is disabled aswell as cool n quiet.

Or is is better to do this type of stuff in cmos ?

Definitely better to do it in CMOS. If I were you, I would run some stability tests while it is @ stock settings just to make sure everything is OK there. Then you can start turning up the clocks.
