overclocking and Amd athlon 3200+

when i over clock my cpu the most i can over clock is like 200 to 210 but at 210 it will shut of if i try to play a game and at 205 its stable could it be that my powersupply is limiting this i got a 350watt power supply and i just ordered a new 500watt rosewill psu

Your power supply has nothing to do with it. Your RAM is what's holding you back. If you want to go faster than 200FSB, you'll need better RAM. I wouldn't waste money on it though, because you won't get much of an overclock with any kind of RAM on that system.
