Hello, Its been a while since my last post but anyway,
I have a athlon xp 1700+ and an older amd 1400 athlon that seems comparable.Here is the link for the 1400mhz athlon: http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K7/AMD...1400AMS3C.html
I was wondering if i should put this older one in because i think i could overclock it possibly more than the 1700+.Do any of you guys think this would be a good idea?The only thing that worries me is the high voltages and older fab process,the 18u. Am i crazy or should i keep my 1700+ in there? Its running @2015mhz.HERE IS MY SYSTEM:

Abit KD7-E
1GB PQI DDR 400 (2x512mb)
9800SE 256bit Softmodded to pro 325/580
300watt amd recommended ps
