Just to give you and Idea (You almost have the same setting as me):

RAM timings: 3-3-3-7
Set RAM speed in bios to: 166

Dynamic OC: Off
HTT: 4x
FSB: 250
Multiplier: 10x
VCore: 1.50 or 1.55 I forgot

Got stable @ 2.5GHz

Ran Prime95 for 12Hrs with no problems. It did get quite hot though. Load @ 46-47 Degrees.

my HTT it's 3x and the RAM timings is 3.0-3-3-10
my multipier is 9x, your cpu it's probably 3200+
