AMIBIOS overclocking

I have a packard bell im5077. The AMIBIOS has very few settings on it and non to change the clock speed and voltage (I think). I have downloaded AMIsetup and it doesnt work for my version. Is there a way I can overclock my computer?

I think the mobo is NEC comps international SiS651, with AMIBIOS 2.0s, i think.

Am a beginner so pls help.
