of course I tried it in other machine, I just want to know If somebody has had this problem and if he did, how did he solve it.

I don't think you understood earlier...
Place just the PCI card in the system. Go into the BIOS (of the motherboard), and set it to look for PCI video before AGP. There's an option for this even in the most cut-down OEM BIOSs. After you set it to do this, you can put the AGP card in, and boot up with the video on the PCI card and procede to flash to the corect BIOS (found here). If you don't get video with the AGP card in, try it with a different card. If it still doesn't work, either you didn't change the setting in the BIOS or there's something wrong with the board.
