i believe you about the lower times, i am currently having the same problem with 3dmark03. my ram inside the cpu-Z tells me that the performance mode is disabled when i have it enabled in the bios, but sometimes when i reboot it renables itself. maybe you should see how you have your ram set in the bios??
when i overclock the cpu 2~3Mhz fsb higher and 5/10Mhz higher on the video. my scores drop about 2000 pts.. similar incident as with 2001se....
