  • PCI Clock Speed?

    I've got an ASUS P4P800:

    Bios settings:

    CPU: 250 (equal 1GHz FSB)
    Mem: 320 (5:4 yield 200MHz)
    PCI: Auto
    Vcore: 1.625

So the CPU and memory clocks are related, what's the relationship to the PCI/AGP? ie - I need to fake out the BIOS to tell it memory is 320 to get DDR400 (5:4), is there a similar game with PCI? I've got four choices:
    - Auto
    - 33
    - 36
    - 40

Can I overclock the PCI/AGP? Should I? Is there a tool that will tell me what the PCI bus is running at?

    33MHz though 36MHz shouldn't hurt but I'd leave that 40MHz alone.

some PCI cards can act pretty funny with increased speeds, I'd keep it at 33 if I were you...but like Wiggo said, avoid 40 mhz
