Drivers are a huge pain for computer users, so I do think it's a great idea to have a driver forum, outside of the categories like audio and so forth.
However, when it comes to tweaking, and this is TweakTown, people want the latest and greatest drivers for their video cards. No one really cares if they have the best drivers for their modem or NIC, but good video drivers are very important.
I voted no because I think this forum is good to have. Maybe we should think about a whole section of forums on drivers, with video being one of the forums under that section. Even though most of us are running XP or 2000 now, there are still a lot of driver issues out there and it should be a major focus of TweakTown.
