I have reformated my hard drive and forgot to make a copy of the drivers
fortunately I managed to down load nealy all of them except the sound
for the mother board which is a ASUS P4S800
the driver is a Soundmax audeo driver V 5.12.01.3665.WHQL
I have spent all day down loading this driver from a dozen sights but none of them worked. ??
I finaly found that if the file is burnt onto a disk and let windows find it under update driver it worked ok
