  • Thermal Take Aquarius II

I have this awesome water cooling system installed and running sweet . Only 1 issue...

The bios shows CPU at 30 deg under load and system at (approx ) 40 deg

The prog that came with the giga-byte board also shows same reading .

Now i have a Nexus temp monitor ( which is useless with water cooling... yay wasted $60 :( ) that for some reason shows the cpu running at 40+ and is the same reading as the system temp ( make sence ). This is ofcourse unless the bios is worng and arse about face.

Im not to worry if the cpu is running at 40 under a load but lets face it 30 is better :)

    Just very annoying .

Not sure if there is a bios setting / jumper that i have gotten wrong.

Sometimes software reads the sensors the wrong way around and in some this can be corrected by changin' the sensors that they read from or just get use the the sys. bein' the CPU and vise-a-versa as in your case. ;)
