is there any way to tell how many rpms a fan is? I bought a bunch of case fans, all different makes, from a computer show really cheap...4 for $5 or something like that.
I thought about plugging them into the motherboard just to find out their rpms, but most of them don't have the little mobo plug...jack...thing....
Is there a common rpm for these cheap generic fans?
