Damn Fans!

I just put in a new fan, but I can't tell if it is blowing air in or taking it out. I want it to take the air out, the back to be exact. The label on the center of the fan is facing out and the arrows on the fan are pointing like this:

One shows the direction of spin while the other shows air direction. :devil win

Just make sure that the arrow for air direction is pointin' out of the case.
