GA X58a-udr3 mobo want to use all 6 slots. What fan works best to cool CPU ?

I set up my mobo and originally bought a Zalman CNPS10X to cool the CPU. It is a space hog and covers my first slot and I am unable to install the other 3 sticks of RAM that I purchased. I am looking for a very good cooler that will be easy to install, do as good a job or better as the current fan, allow me to use all 6 RAM slots (12 meg) and still be under $100 US. I am open to suggestions and providers. I would really appreciate those users that have my mobo who understand the problem getting back with me and their solutions.

How about considering the Corsair H50? I think it runs around 70-80$ if I'm not mistaken.
